Emergency Dock Repair

Rapid Response for Timely Dock Repairs and Structural Reinforcement

When a fish processing plant in Newport, Oregon faced an urgent dock issue, the operation’s ability to unload shipments was compromised. The structural integrity of their dock was at risk, and it was essential to perform repairs quickly to avoid costly downtime.

Enviro-Tech Diving’s team was immediately called in to assess and repair the damage. The scope of work included the installation of fiberglass jackets, which reinforced the dock’s structure, and the replacement of steel caps to ensure its stability. Additionally, timber floor joists and cross braces were installed to further strengthen the dock.

Our team’s quick action allowed the facility to avoid a prolonged shutdown and get back to business quickly. The repairs were carried out with minimal disruption to daily operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and preserving the dock’s functionality for future use.
