Ensuring Efficient Wastewater Discharge Through Expert Inspection & Repairs
In the challenging conditions of the Arctic Circle, Alaska, a mining facility required urgent outfall inspections and repairs to ensure the safe discharge of water and waste. The facility’s operations rely heavily on an efficient outfall system, and any issues could lead to significant environmental and operational setbacks.
Enviro-Tech Diving was contracted to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the outfall and associated pipelines. Our team conducted thorough inspections to assess the condition of the pipelines, looking for signs of corrosion, blockages, or any issues that might impact performance. In addition to the inspections, we also performed necessary repairs and the installation of a new HDPE pipeline to improve efficiency.
Our specialized team also handled the installation of anchors for the new pipeline, ensuring that it was securely placed in challenging underwater conditions. This project was completed under tight timelines and in some of the most extreme environmental conditions, ensuring minimal disruption to the mining facility’s operations.
