Marine Salvage & Casualty Response

We provide vessel salvage, wreck removal, and emergency response to mitigate environmental risks and ensure safe marine operations.

What We Offer

24/7 Emergency Marine Response

Our marine casualty response teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that vessel casualties and groundings don’t happen on a schedule. That’s why we maintain mobile-ready equipment, certified divers, and experienced captains and engineers capable of launching at a moment’s notice. Whether you’re dealing with a vessel taking on water, a barge run aground, or hazardous debris threatening port operations, we mobilize fast to contain the issue and minimize downtime or environmental risk.

Marine Salvage Services

Enviro-Tech Diving brings decades of experience and specialized equipment to complex marine salvage operations. Our vessels are fully outfitted to perform:

  • Liftbag and Straight Pick Lifts: Raising submerged vessels or structures with precision and safety.
  • Cofferdam Installation: Enabling dry access for inspection, repair, or hull patching operations.
  • Fuel and Water Pumping: Safe removal of contaminants to prevent environmental damage.
  • Jetting and Dredging: Removing sediment or debris from around grounded vessels and underwater infrastructure.
  • Grounding Inspections: Thorough assessments to document vessel condition, damage, and required response actions.
  • Vessel Towing: Recovery and transport of distressed or damaged vessels to safety.

We are also trained to assist with salvage planning, documentation, and working directly with insurance providers, regulatory bodies, and environmental protection agencies.

Derelict Vessel Removal

Derelict and abandoned vessels pose serious hazards to navigation, the environment, and waterfront infrastructure. Enviro-Tech Diving partners with local governments, harbormasters, and property owners to locate, assess, and remove derelict vessels safely and in accordance with regional laws. We handle the entire process—from diver-based inspections and recovery logistics to final disposal and reporting—ensuring compliance and peace of mind.

Remote Operations & Qualified Personnel

Our teams are supported by skilled captains, engineers, and certified divers trained in complex underwater operations. When needed, we deploy Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for visual assessments in unsafe or deep environments, reducing risk to human life and increasing efficiency during initial inspections or tight-access salvage situations.

When Time Matters—We’re Ready to Mobilize.

When marine emergencies strike, Enviro-Tech Diving, Inc. is ready to respond—fast. Our Marine Casualty Response & Salvage services provide professional, safe, and efficient solutions for vessel recovery, derelict vessel removal, and emergency marine support throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

For over 30 years, our expert commercial dive teams and vessel crews have supported government agencies, private clients, and port authorities with rapid deployment and trusted technical expertise. Whether your vessel is grounded, damaged, or abandoned, we’re equipped and qualified to bring order to chaos—day or night.
