Water Tower Pipe Refitting

A municipal water utility on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula required a new vertical pipeline extension inside an existing water storage tower to improve system reliability. Working within the tower’s confined space and limited access conditions, Enviro-Tech Diving provided experienced personnel to complete the installation safely while minimizing disruptions to operations.

Working in confined conditions, the team carefully maneuvered and secured the new extension while ensuring proper fitment with the existing system components. Specialized rigging, lifting techniques, and confined-space safety procedures were utilized throughout the project to safely position the pipeline and complete installation activities efficiently. Attention to detail during alignment and connection work was critical to maintaining system integrity and ensuring long-term operational performance.

Aging water infrastructure projects often require work in confined spaces with limited access and challenging conditions. Drawing on our infrastructure experience, Enviro-Tech Diving coordinated closely with engineers and facility operators to complete the work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations.

This project highlights Enviro-Tech Diving’s ability to support specialized infrastructure and utility work beyond traditional underwater operations. From confined-space access to pipeline installation and structural maintenance, Enviro-Tech Diving delivers safe, reliable solutions for municipalities and industrial clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our experienced team brings the equipment and expertise needed to complete challenging projects above and below the waterline.
